A food business enterprise known as ‘Buhari Hotels’ which coincidentally bears same name with President Buhari has been discovered in India.
The Buhari hotel which is part of a chain of South Indian restaurants called Buhari Hotels & Restaurants has been in existence since 1951.
The restaurant is quite famous in the area for its “Buhari Biryani” delicacy. This is a delicacy served with a boiled egg sitting atop with its Mutton or Chicken variant.The Biryani is so popular that it is mentioned in many Tamil movies, songs and other articles and still remains the flavor of Madras/Chennai.
