Crisp, refreshing and healthy- start your day off right with this tasty and satisfying smoothie!
INGREDIENTS
2 Fresh Blenders Tart apples, peeled, cored, and quartered
1/4 cup water
1 cup ice
1/2 ripe banana, peeled
3 small carrots, scrubbed, peeled and ends trimmed
1 cup fresh baby spinach, firmly packed
1 orange, peeled and halved
SAVE CHECKED INGREDIENTS TO SHOPPING LIST
DIRECTIONS
In a blender, add the apples, ice, water, carrot, spinach, banana, and orange into a pitcher and blend on high for about one minute. If the smoothie sticks to the sides of the blender, scrape the sides and continue blending until smooth.
Pour into glasses and enjoy!
